The pizza program is legitimately good, not happy-hour-good, and the snacks are designed to pair with whatever you're drinking rather than just fill space on the table. The cocktails are well executed and the $4 discount makes them actually reasonable.
The East 6th location gives it a different feel than the Domain outpost. It's a bit more neighborhood, a bit less polished, which works in its favor. Second Bar + Kitchen happy hour is the kind of deal where every category of the menu gets a cut, and the quality doesn't dip just because the prices did.
