Rainey Street has a lot of bars, but Parlor Room earns its spot with one of the longer happy hour windows in the area. Monday through Thursday, 4 to 9 PM, you get $4.50 wells and drafts, $1 off specialty drinks, and $6 wine by the glass. Five hours of drink specials is hard to argue with.
The themed nights add another layer. Tuesdays go all-Texas with $4 local liquors and $4 Texas beers. Wednesdays bring tequila specials. Thursdays drop draft beer to $4. And Sundays run $2 mimosas and $5 sangria from 2 PM until close, which makes it one of the better brunch-to-night spots on Rainey.
Parlor Room happy hour keeps things simple: cheap drinks, good variety, and enough time to actually enjoy them. The Rainey Street crowd rotates between spots, but the people who land here tend to stay put once they see the pricing.
