Wednesday burger night at a ranch-to-table steakhouse is a cheat code. Jacoby's runs it 5 to 9pm: a $15 cheeseburger and fries made with beef from their own family ranch, alongside $5 Old Fashioneds and $5 frozen margaritas. That burger at that price with that sourcing does not really have a competitor on this side of the river.
Thursday is the heavier swing. Steak night means half off the chicken fried steak and the steak frites, plus half-price martinis and half-off bottles of wine, same 5 to 9 window. Two people can do CFS, steak frites, a bottle, and walk out having spent date-night money on a proper steakhouse dinner.
Saturday brunch quietly adds half-off bottles of rosé. The East Austin riverside setting does a lot of work here, all white-washed wood and ranch detail above the Colorado. Jacoby's happy hour specials run on a weekly rhythm rather than a daily window, so pick your night and commit. Wednesday for value, Thursday for the full show.
