Clark’s Oyster Bar is a small but stylish neighborhood seafood spot known for its fresh oysters, house-baked sourdough, buttery lobster rolls, and expertly crafted cocktails. While seafood is the star, their burger has quietly built a reputation as one of Austin’s must-try bites.
Happy hour at Clark’s runs Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm, offering half-priced burgers and $5 martinis. The burger itself is a standout—juicy, flavorful, and served on a perfectly toasted bun with crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and aioli. Pair it with a smooth, classic gin or vodka martini, and you’ve got a simple yet unbeatable combination.
For those heading to Clark’s, reservations are available, but walk-ins are always welcome. Parking in the area can be tricky, though valet service is offered daily on Blanco Street starting at 11 a.m. Limited neighborhood parking is usually manageable during happy hour, but if you want to make things easy, rideshare is always a solid option.
