Yard House is an upscale-casual eatery known for great food, classic rock music and 130 taps of imported, craft and specialty ales & lagers. This is a chain that is not the most "Austin" place you'll find but you'll find a solid offering of decent food and a solid selection of beers other adult beverages. Their half yards are also just a lot of fun. A giant beer is never a bad idea.
There happy hour is also one of the more generous with half off a large number of apps and all their pizzas along with $4 off their semi-famous half yards. They also offer reverse happy hour.
